Phoebe Lettice will ring a bell with a quite a few of you, probably because of her role in the reality TV show ‘Made in Chelsea.’ I’ve always been an avid watcher of the show, specifically admiring Phoebe’s individual style.
Why would I go as far as saying she is one of my style icons? I approve of the way she pairs items of clothing that can be deemed as androgynous with other feminine items to create a mixture of different prints, textures and fashion influences.
Phoebe breaks the mould and manipulates many trends to fit her own personal taste, which is something I adore about her style. One look could be head-to-toe sports luxe, and another a 60’s mini dress paired with a fedora hat, transitioning from feminine to masculine all at once.
Her love of tailoring is also a shared love of mine; there isn’t anything a white shirt or blazer cannot fix!
The way she takes classic influences and injects it into modern patterns and shapes is what I hope to create in my personal style.
So, there you have it, one of my own fashion icons, a girl that likes to do it her way.
