Screen Shot 2015-04-27 at 19.47.38News broke Monday afternoon that London Fashion Week is relocating to a new home.

Currently, our favourite two weeks of the year is situated at Somerset House, known for it’s overwhelming beauty and link to the fashion world. But the new location is Brewer Street Car Park in Soho, which is just as edgy and art deco as Somerset house.

The new move should give LFW a fresh outlook, and is more central and accessible for press, photographers, attendees and designers from around London.

On the move, Caroline Rush, Chief Executive of the BFC, said: “The long term growth of the UK’s designer fashion market is reflected geographically in this move that will see London Fashion Week designers showcasing collections in one of London’s most vibrant, diverse and creative hubs set within a mile of Bond Street, Dover Street, Mount Street, Oxford Street and Regent Street.”

This is an exciting move and start for London Fashion Week. What do you guys think?
