As part of LoveDSU week, De Montfort Students’ Union is running a networking event today aimed to help improve students’ employability.
The event will take place in Level 1 of the Campus Centre from 3.30pm to 5.3opm this afternoon.
Speakers including Charles Hardy (Head of Student Engagement from LinkedIn), Bhavik Master (CEO of Jack Masters Knitwear and Design), and more will be available to network with.
There will also be professional photographers available to take pictures for students to use on their media profiles.
All students are welcome at the event where there will also be a light buffet and refreshments, as well as a competition which gives two students the opportunity to design and print their own business cards with the cost covered by DSU.
If you bring along your CV to the event, DMU’s career team will be on hand to give you feedback on it to help enhance your employability.
