Leicester City could make the quarter-finals of the Capital One Cup if they can overcome Premier League Fulham at the King Power Stadium this evening.
The Londoners are the favourites but the Foxes have home form in their favour having won 6 home games on the bounce in all competitions and remain unbeaten at home this season.
Leicester will be hoping to keep the Championship flag flying as they are only one of only three teams outside of the top flight remaining in the competition. Burnley and Birmingham face West Ham and Stoke City respectively.
The Foxes won the competition back in 2000.
Last out Leicester defeated AFC Bournemouth 2-1 at the King Power Stadium courtesy of goals from David Nugent and Jamie Vardy.
Nugent could be forced out due to illness which saw him have to be replaced against The Cherries on Saturday.
Nigel Pearson could give starts to on-loan Arsenal defended Ignasi Miquel and midfielder Dean Hammond.
Fulham have lost three of the last six and were defeated by Premier League high-flyers Southampton at the weekend.
Martin Jol’s side will be hoping to re-find form as quickly as possible starting with tonight’s cup fixture.
