DMU Volleyball have gone from strength to strength this season and their success can only be expected to continue into the varsity season.
Their BUCS entry for the Women’s 1st Team, a first after three years has seen them win all but one of their games. Both the Men’s and Women’s teams currently sit second in their respective leagues. The newly formed Mixed 1st Team has also seen success. Although not affiliated with BUCS this season they have already won a pre-varsity friendly against local rivals, University of Leicester. All of this just goes to show how their dedication and determination has paid off and will definitely bring home the all important varsity points.
The Demon caught up with all three captains to find out how they have been preparing for varsity and their predictions for the game.
