Bacon & Egg Salad (Serves 1)

Ingredients: 
2 cups of baby Spinach
1 hard-boiled egg 
1 cup of cooked bacon 

Preparation: 
Prior to putting the dish together, boil one egg and cook some bacon to your preference. Then, wash the spinach, dry it and pour it into a bowl. Add the egg and the bacon to the bowl and voilá! A super easy and tasty salad.

Chocolate Mug Cake
(Serves 2)

Ingredients: 
1 cup of Nutella
2 eggs
30 g of plain flour

Preparation: 
Pour 225 g of Nutella into a mixing bowl along with the two eggs and whisk them together. Then slowly fold in the flour. Next, you are going to distribute them into two mugs and microwave each for two minutes. Once it’s done, let them cool for five minutes and then frost them with the remaining Nutella.

Banana Smoothie (Serves 1)

Ingredients: 
50 g of oats 
1 banana
240 ml of milk 

Preparation:
First, add the oats to your blender and blend them until they are fine. Next, add the banana and milk. Make sure you blend it well. Pour this delicious smoothie into a glass of your choice and enjoy!

Tuna & Mayo Sandwich (Serves 2)

Ingredients: 
2 tbsp of mayo
1 can of tuna
4 slices of bread

Preparation:
This sandwich is perfect for when you are feeling like eating something lighter, yet still full of nutrients. First, open the tuna can and carefully drain the water. Spread a spoon of mayo on one of the slices and gently place the tuna on top. Do this for each of the sandwiches.

Macaroni & Cheese
(Serves 4)

Ingredients: 
250 ml of milk 
455 g of elbow macaroni, dry
200 g shredded cheddar cheese 

Preparation: 
Pour the milk into a large pot and bring it to a boil. Then, add the pasta and stir constantly until the pasta is cooked. This should take about 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the cheddar. Stir until the cheese is melted and the pasta is evenly coated.

Potato & Kale Soup
(Serves 2+)

Ingredients: 
Half a pack of kale
4 potatoes 
1 onion

Preparation: 
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Then pour them into a pot with boiling water along with the onion, chopped into two. In another pot, boil the kale for 7-10 minutes. Once the potatoes are cooked, turn off the heat and move the pot to a heat-friendly surface. Grab a ladle and scoop out two scoops of the soup water into a bowl. Next, grab a hand blender and blend the mixture. If the mixture is too thick add some of the soup water you previously saved. Drain the cooked kale and mix it into the blended mixture. You can enjoy this with some bread.

Quesadilla (Serves 2)

Ingredients: 
4 Tortilla Wraps
250g of cheese 
1 small pack of minced meat

Preparation: 
Cook the mince in a non-stick pan. Once it is cooked transfer it to a bowl. Next, place a tortilla in the pan and flip it over a few times, 10 seconds between flips. Then, take a handful of grated cheese and sprinkle it over the top of the tortilla. Next, add the meat. When the cheese is melted, use a spatula to lift up one side of the quesadilla and flip over the other side, as if you were making an omelette. Plate it and cut it into wedges.
