Yasss! Singer, actress, DJ, owner of the record label, Saint Records, Solange Knowles slayed this year’s Paris Fashion Week wearing a Carven Pre-Fall 2015 ensemble, paired with Malone Souliers heels and a red fur coat. Solange was never the one to shy away from bold colours, mixed prints and textures as well as embracing her natural ‘fro – not to mention she was also the creative director of Puma! Her unconventional wardrobe has made her become an influential fashion icon. Here are some of my favourite Solange style moments:
The all-white outfit with the mesh detailing along with the dark, moody lipstick shade is everything.
At an after party during New York Fashion Week back in 2011, she was spotted wearing a Mary Kantrantzou printed shirt dress, Nicholas Kirkwood heels and a brown leather bag. This is a perfect street style which fits with this season’s 70s comeback trend.
When Solange performed in Brooklyn’s McCarren Park she manages to make casual wear look chic, with a pair of cut off denim shorts, striped tee and printed cap. She finishes the look with a pair of statement gladiator heels however you can also opt for a pair of kicks.

Last Year’s New York Fashion Week at the Milly by Michelle Smith runway show, she wasn’t afraid to go bright and bold with her neon orange turtleneck and tailored trousers and cobalt blue coat. She accessorises with a matching furry clutch and a pair of bubble-gum pink pumps.
Wearing her signature colour, she definitely shone at the Met Gala Ball back in 2012 looking ever so elegant with this gown.
