This one is slightly harder to buy as it’s not available in the UK, however once you get your hands on it,it’s a keeper. It’s worth the wait and cost of the shipping because this lippy stays on and I really mean it. Not only is it crazy long-lasting, but the bonus is that it’s not drying nor ‘dragging’ on the lips at all! It’s my go to night out lipstick and it comes in so many different shades. Absolute heaven!
NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream: £5.50.
If you prefer more of a velvety finish on your lips, then this is the one for you. It comes in a little tube (like a lip gloss in disguise) and looks nothing like a dream lipstick that doesn’t budge,but it so is. The application of this lip cream is lovely and the perfectly shaped applicator makes it so easy to put on. It’s best quality, apart from it being super long wearing,is that you don’t feel it on your lips. Such a lush product!
NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil: £20.
Whilst we’re on the velvety finish side of things, it would be a crime not to talk about this product. Yes, you’ve guessed it: The Velvet Matte Lip Pencil by NARS. You probably already know it, but if not, let me introduce you to your new best friend. NARS did such a good job with this one, I cannot think of a single flaw this product might have.Absolutely gorgeous finish, soft and easy application and stunning range of shades. It’s more pricey than other products mentioned here,but it’s worth every penny. Get ready to stun everyone around with this beauty on your lips!
Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet: £8.99.
It’s bold, it’s matte and it’s long-lasting.It feels extremely comfortable on your lips and the pigmentation is insane. This lipstick is a real life changing product. Once you apply it, it is almost impossible to take off, which might seem a bit extreme and won’t be everyone’s cup of tea, however, if you’re heading out and you don’t want to worry about re-applying your lipstick, this is definitely worth trying out.This one is undoubtedly a holy grail product!
