denim

Hold on to your hats because where about to take a step back in time! Well, not literally, but according to Spring trend reports, 2015 is the year of the Seventies reincarnation. However, it is not all flared trousers and floral headbands because catwalk designers have embraced the styling of the Seventies with a modern twist.

Denim Overload

We have all seen Jessie J slam Danny from The Script for wearing denim-on-denim on The Voice, but it looks like Danny got it right all along. More than one denim item in one outfit is one of the current trends of the SS15 season. So this season don’t be afraid to go double denim on us!

Flower Power

It is fair to say floral designs make an appearance every Spring, but this season, jazz up your look with more vivid floral patterns. From eccentric floral two-pieces to brightly coloured accessories, it shouldn’t be  hard to follow as we all probably have something floral in our wardrobes!

Pastel coloured suede

Suede is an interesting choice in material for Spring but definitely derives from Seventies fashion trends. Channel suede coats, tunics and fringing, to add an extra touch of Spring, go for pastel suede pieces.
